Container Deployment & Management using Calm and K8S.¶

• Modernize by Containerizing LAMP (3-Tier Application) deployment (simplify using NGNX Container).
• Deploy K8S using blueprint.
• Configure Kubernetes Cluster.
• Add NTNX Storage Plug-in.
• Deploy container.
• Import Scale blueprint.
• Day 2 operations – Deploy Imported Blueprint to scale up/down container.
• Monitor.

Standup a CI/CD Pipeline.¶

• Deploy Jenkins Container.
• Connect Jenkins to Git (challenging inside HPOC).
• Make update to source.
• Detect and change and perform auto build and deploy.
